Do you offer QuickBooks set-up and clean up services?
Yes. If your books are neglected or messy, we perform a complete QuickBooks clean up to reconcile historical bank statements and fix errors. If you are starting a new business, we handle your QuickBooks set-up from scratch, configuring your chart of accounts and integrating payment processors like Stripe.
Why is daily or monthly bank and credit card (CC) reconciliation important?
Bank reconciliation and credit card (CC) reconciliation ensure that every dollar flowing in and out of your business matches your actual bank statements. This prevents duplicate entries, catches bank errors, flags potential fraud, and ensures your financial reporting is 100% accurate and CPA-ready.

Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We believe in earning your business every month. Our engagements are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in contracts.
Are there any setup fees?
Onboarding is free if your books are currently up-to-date and active. If your historical financial records are messy and require historical reconciliation, we will quote a transparent, one-time QuickBooks clean up fee before starting.
How do I pay for services?
We invoice monthly via email with easy online payment options including credit card and ACH bank transfer.
