Project Overview
We took over the financial maintenance and payroll administration for a US-based trucking and logistics company. The client was managing a fleet of drivers and struggling to process payroll accurately and on time while keeping their accounting platform updated. We integrated Xero with Gusto Payroll to handle bi-weekly driver payouts, manage contractor 1099 payments, reconcile payroll entries against bank accounts, and prepare accurate financial reporting.

- Maintained complete, current bookkeeping records in Xero.
